TMC in the Community
TMC programs are based on the concept of ensuring safety for healthcare providers and patients. To that end, TMC is committed to giving back to the local community by providing compliance resources to many organizations helping those who are underserved. Employees of TMC can be found assisting local “Free Clinics” with their compliance programs, providing direct hands-on care for those in need, and participating in many charitable events.

NC Mission of Mercy – TMC is proud to assist with NC Mission of Mercy clinics. NC Mission of Mercy clinics are an outreach program of the NC Dental Society. These clinics provide dental care for thousands of adults who would otherwise be unable to access care.
TMC employees have individually given their time to many fundraising events in order to make a difference in the lives of others. The charitable spirit of the employees in the community speaks volumes of our workforce.

Volunteering for Agape Dental Ministry – Almost two years ago, the Agape Dental Ministry faced unexpected start-up challenges. The majority of donated supplies and equipment were stolen over the Labor Day holiday. But, committed to provide care for the underserved, Elizabeth Locklare and her team of volunteers opened the doors of the clinic just a few short weeks ago.
The clinic is committed to providing care and a safe place for volunteers to work. To assist with their safety efforts, Heidi Erdos and Karen Gregory, from the Total Medical Compliance team, have worked with the Agape Dental Ministry team providing education, policies and guidance on safe practices.
The clinic, located at 7841 Idlewild Road in Charlotte, NC, will provide care Monday through Friday, but hours of operation will be determined by the number of dentists and others who volunteer.
