The TMC OSHA In-Office Compliance Program is designed to address all aspects of achieving and maintaining OSHA compliance. The OSHA compliance program is continuously updated to include the latest regulatory changes, CDC recommendations, guidance on the latest OSHA enforcement activity and updates from other sources such as the Association for Professionals in Infection Control (APIC) and NFPA 101-Life Safety Code.
An interactive, relaxed OSHA training environment facilitates practice-specific knowledge building. Questions regarding OSHA standards can be answered on the spot ensuring everyone’s issues are addressed. Professional, knowledgeable OSHA instructors make employee training informative and fun, which increases the retention of information.
Online employee training is included for new hires or workers who are unable to attend the on-site training, which will assist you in meeting OSHA compliance requirements for compliance training documentation before job assignment.
Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS) Training.
In 2012, The US Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) updated its Hazard Communication Standard (HCS), making significant changes to Safety Data Sheets (SDS), labeling and other forms of hazard communication to be in alignment with the United Nations’ GHS. One of OSHA’s key stated goals with the update is to evolve from the established worker “right to know” to the worker’s “right to understand.”
The updated regulation requires employers to train employees on the new label elements and safety data sheet format by December 1, 2013.
This training is part of our OSHA employee training to ensure clients are compliant with the regulation training requirements
