Customized Compliance Manual

The manual includes policies required by the HIPAA regulations including the latest changes from the HITECH Act beginning in 2009 on Breach and Business Associates.  Operating forms necessary to comply with the Privacy and Security Rules are in your manual and available online. You will also receive instructions and assistance on completing the forms. The support and guidance information is the extra that makes this program so valuable to Privacy Officers.

Employee Online Training

The program includes Privacy and Security Regulatory Training for employees.  All employees can receive the required training at a time convenient for them through online training. Guidance Documents for the Training Official and for the Employee provide suggestions and requirements for office specific information that must be covered for HIPAA compliance.

Privacy & Security Officer Training

Webinar training is provided for Privacy & Security Officers. A trained TMC consultant will conduct webinar sessions to cover Privacy and Security Rule issues. You will also receive instructions and assistance on completing the operating forms. The manual will be customized and necessary forms will be completed as part of these sessions. The instructor will provide directions on the administrative requirements for your HIPAA program. New regulations throughout the year will be addressed through webinars.

You will receive a Security Risk Assessment Checklist and assistance in completing the checklist through a webinar conducted by an experienced professional.

Ongoing Support

Compliance newsletters are published and emailed 6 times a year. The newsletters keep you informed of changes and interpretations by HHS and other topics of interest or impact. We will provide best practice information and share experiences that everyone can benefit from.
