No more calling suppliers to obtain an eMSDS for a new product, no copying and no preparing inventory sheets for the eManual. Use your high-speed Internet terminal to access any eMSDS for your office.  We even add search synonyms so you can search by Clorox, bleach or sodium hypochlorite. No searching for an eMSDS on a typed list and no maintaining the inventory. You view or print information only as it is needed. We know this an infrequent, if ever access. The process is so simple employees never forget how.

Eliminate Paper and Clutter

Get rid of those overflowing manuals that are difficult to organize and access.  We prepare an organized Hazard Chemical Inventory list for you to meet OSHA’s Hazard Communication regulations. TMC provides a CD with your chemical inventory and eMSDS for your reference viewing and printing.  We can also prepare traditional hard copy eMSDS Manuals at reasonable rates.

Automatic Updates for the Mass Changes

When a manufacture updates their eMSDS, we update your eManual.  OSHA worked to develop the Global Standard for labels and eMSD sheets and is in the process of revising the Hazard Communication Standard to adopt the new formats and requirements.  Your eManual is updated automatically! As manufacturers publish the new format, we update your eManual. No work for you.

Ongoing Maintenance

Once the initial eManual is prepared, an email to TMC is all that is required to add or delete eMSDSs. Revised eMSDSs are received by TMC directly from the manufacturer and added to your eManual requiring no effort on your part. If you are maintaining a hard copy manual you can print the updated eMSDS from the screen to replace in your manual when TMC notifies you of the update.

OSHA is Adopting the Global Harmonized System for eMSDS

OSHA is adopting the international standard for the content and format for eMSDSs and for labels on containers. The revised Hazard Communication Standard published in late 2009 reflects this change. The final regulations are expected in August 2011.  Almost all eMSDS and secondary labels in use by a practice will need to be replaced with the updated ones.
