Our people are the key to our success

Jim Chambleefounded the company in 1996 to assist healthcare facilities with OSHA and HIPAA compliance.  Jim has a BS from Rhodes College, an MBA from the University of South Carolina and 20 years of sales & general manager experience with commercial and hospital based clinical reference laboratories.  He has been certified by the OSHA Training Institute.

Bill Fivek, President and CEO, joined the company in 2005 to expand TMC into new markets and to launch our eCompliance programs nationwide.  Bill worked with Motorola for over 20 years in technology and customer service, prior to joining TMC.  Bill has a BSEE degree from the University of Delaware and he is certified by the OSHA institute.

Teresa Fivek, Chief Financial Officer, has a BA from the University of South Carolina and is a CPA.  Teresa is a co-founder of the company.

Debra Gordick, Director of Operations and Research, has a BS in Biology from Erskine University and 2 years of postgraduate work in Genetics Biology at the University of South Carolina. Debra leads a team of skilled professionals  providing support and assistance to our onsite and eCompliance clients by phone, webinars and email.

Karen Gregory, RN, Director of Compliance and Education, has over 20 years experience working in the physician office environment. She previously worked as the Director of Clinical Compliance and Physician Services Risk Manager for a healthcare organization with over 500 physicians. She is a graduate of the Watts Hospital School of Nursing in Durham, North Carolina and a member of OSAP and APIC.

Paul Gordick, Director of Technology, brings us his vast experience in technology and customer service from working with several national banks.

Our consultants, who work directly with our onsite clients, are experienced healthcare professionals from a variety of clinical backgrounds – RNs, Dental School Professors, Dental Hygienists & Assistants, Clinical Lab Technologists, etc.
